LEARN QURAN WITH TAJWEED

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said, “Beautify the Quran with your voices. Verily, a beautiful voice adds to the beauty of the Quran.” (source: Sunan Abi Dawud 1468)

To beautify and enhance the recitation of the Holy Quran, Tajweed is important, as it is the set of rules governing the way in which the words of the Quran should be pronounced during its recitation. This course has been formulated in such a way that at the end you will be able to recite the verses easily with Tajweed on your own.

The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said, “One who was devoted to the Qur'an will be told to recite, ascend and recite carefully as he recited carefully when he was in the world, for he will reach his abode when he comes to the last verse he recites.” (Source: Sunan Abi Dawud 1464)

Course Outline

With the use of different methodologies, we have designed this course to teach our students in such a way that they easily grasp, understand and have grip on all the rules and are able to apply them easily. The course outline includes:

• Emission points of different alphabets.
• Consonants and prolonged words.

• Rules of Tajweed like 'Sukoon', 'Tashdeed', 'Huroof-e-Maddah', 'Huroof-e-Leen', 'Izhar', 'Iqlab', 'Idgham', 'Ikhfa', 'Noon-e-Qutni' and 'Huroof-e-Muqatta’at' are also included in the course content.

Rules of Qalqalah.

• Various expressions of Arabic language like Damma, Kasrah, Fatha will be taught along with the secondary expressions of 2 Dammas, 2 Kasrahs, and 2 Fathas with their examples.
